WHO IS BEHIND BEYOUMA?
Hi, I'm Caroline.
I built BEYOUMA because I needed it first.
For years I looked fine. I was the one people came to. Functioning, achieving, holding it down for everyone else. And underneath that, my nervous system was in survival mode and I didn't even have the words for it yet.
I'd wake up tired. Overthink everything. Feel anxious for no reason I could point to. As a psychologist I understood the theory of all this long before I understood it in my own body. That gap took me years to close.
BEYOUMA is what I wish someone had handed me back then. Its not just another random gratitude journal.
It's an interactive journal filled with tools, practices and information that actually meets you in the moment you're in, overwhelmed, anxiety, stressed, overthinking, stuck, still showing up anyway because that's what you do.
My Journal is just here to help you find a different way now.. its packed with practices that help you in the moment.
BEYOUMA - Because you matter.
With warmth,
Caroline
