Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: EU-Mitgliedsstaaten: Österreich, Dänemark, Frankreich, Niederlande, Schweden, Irland, Bulgarien, Kroatien, Zypern, Tschechien, Estland, Finnland, Griechenland, Ungarn, Lettland, Litauen, Luxemburg, Malta, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, Slowakei, Spanien. Ausnahme bildet das Beyouma Buch "Stress Less Find Happiness", das auch in Liechtenstein, Schweiz, Norwegen und dem Vereinigten Königreich verkauft wird. Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight:

Bestellungen von 0 bis 1kg = 3,99€
Bestellungen von 1 bis 5kg = 6,99€

From an order value of 100,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:

EU-Staaten:
Bestellungen von 0 bis 1kg = 7,00€
Bestellungen von 1 bis 5kg = 11,00€

Nicht-EU-Staaten:
Bestellungen von 0 bis 1kg = 20,00€
Bestellungen von 1 bis 5kg = 24,00€

Provision of digital content:


Digital content (data created and delivered in digital form) is not subject to shipping charges.
 
Digital content is provided to you via a link communicated by e-mail.
The sending of this e-mail with access data for the provision of the digital content takes place within 2 hours after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the time of your payment instruction).
 

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 8 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
